SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION:

# 39 – The Madison Lions provide $500 memorial scholarships for three seniors who have at least a 3.0 GPA. Applications are available in the Guidance Office and must be returned by April 29.

Applications for the Dennis Powell Memorial Scholarship of $1,500 are available in the Guidance Office. To apply, you must have at least a 3.0 and have been a student in Mr. Powells’ class at Madison South. Return applications to the Guidance Office by April 25.

The Richland Farm Bureau offers two scholarships of $250 to seniors whose parents are Farm Bureau members or who plan to enter an agriculture-related course of study. Applications are due at the Farm Bureau office by April 30.

The $2000 Marcia McFarland Educator scholarship will be awarded to a senior who has a minimum GPA of 2.5 and plans to major in education. Applications are due in the guidance office by April 30.

The Newman Technology scholarship of $500 will be awarded to a senior who has a 3.0 or higher and plans to major in engineering/manufacturing. Applications are available in the guidance office and must be returned by May3.
