| Madison Adult Career Center’s experience and cost-effective workforce training and intervention has helped employers find solutions to meet their bottom line by developing just in time training/intervention that can be used at the time and place of the employer’s choosing. We can provide the training/intervention at our state-of-the-art training facility, a partner school, or at the employer’s location. We will also work with the employer to provide the training/ intervention at a time that is most convenient to the employer. One of the most important aspects of our customized services is that we sit down one on one with the employer to co-develop the training/intervention to insure we meet the employer’s specific needs. The employer’s involvement insures they are getting the skill sets and intervention they need to get the job done. Our instructors come from their respective industries with a wealth of experience and expertise who now work with us in sharing their skills and knowledge to help employers meet their workforce training needs. Our instructors hold industry certifications and are also certified to teach adults through the Ohio Board of Regents. Examples of training/intervention we can provide to employers include:
